  I asked young lady in the store where the Crickets and worms are for a gecko? The young lady literally rolled her eyes at me and then told the girl next to her you can get them. that girl proceeded to say no and they both went on talking to each other and completely ignored me. Then I walked a little further I found another person and ask them. they didn't show me but they did tell me there by the fish so at least they told me where to go won't be coming back to this location again

  I've been to this location many times in the past 3 months and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Even on busy weekends it doesn't take long to find help and if one employee can't answer a specific question, they find someone who can. This is a big change from the service I'm used to in big box stores (no customer service or bad advice).
